Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@fpvdrones.eu

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
