Shipping Cost
All orders are shipped internationally via DHL, UPS, or similar carriers. A flat shipping fee of €15 applies to all orders.
Battery Shipping Policy

Customs & Duties
All customs procedures, import duties, VAT, and additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Goods are shipped from outside the EU — import VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery.
We recommend monitoring your local postal or customs notifications to avoid delays.
Liability
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for its progress. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel. All risks after dispatch remain with the customer.
