Our online store operates from Europe, but we work with reliable international partners. Products are shipped directly from our partners’ warehouses in China, which allows us to offer a wide range of items at competitive prices.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time within Europe is 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, logistics providers, and holiday periods.
Tracking
After your order has been confirmed and processed, you will receive a tracking code. With this code, you can follow your parcel’s journey and check the latest delivery updates at any time.
Battery Shipping Policy
Please note that certain battery types and destinations are subject to shipping restrictions due to international safety regulations and customs policies.
Battery Shipping Rules
Stand-alone batteries (packages containing only batteries or cells) cannot be shipped to certain countries or regions.
If your location restricts stand-alone battery shipments, we will notify you promptly and adjust your order accordingly.
Expedited shipping does not support stand-alone batteries.
However, drones containing up to two batteries or devices with built-in batteries (e.g., transmitters, goggles) may still qualify for expedited delivery.

Customs and Duties
All customs procedures, import duties, VAT, and any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Prices are shown without VAT (0%), as goods are shipped from outside the European Union.
Depending on your country’s regulations, import VAT and/or customs duties may be charged upon delivery. These fees must be paid before the package is released for final delivery.
We recommend monitoring your local postal or customs notifications to avoid delays.
Liability
Once the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment’s progress or delivery to the designated address. The customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the parcel’s journey. All risks after dispatch to the courier or postal service remain with the customer.
